Water Aerobics
Just add water! Our water aerobics program is a low impact yet high energy, fun fitness class for all ages and abilities. Whether you're recovering from an injury, pregnant, a new mom or are as fit as a triathlete, water aerobics can give you a terrific workout with zero laps required! Water aerobics is a type of resistance training where you will follow a series of aerobic moves in our beautiful crystal lagoon setting for a full body workout. This course is designed to tone, strengthen, improve stamina and burn fat all while bringing on the calming sensations that being submerged in water has on our senses. So come relieve some stress and get fit with our professionally trained water aerobics team!
